Most of the times I'm going to buy spawn-weapons, I walk right to the skull, and I get frozen, and the weapon menu doesn't appear. I didn't report this earlier because people said they had this too so I thought they had reported it already.

This may be caused be lag, also report it in Bug Reports nex time ;)

I agree with Matthias, this mostly happens to me when I have high ping (over 250 usually), so I think only solution would be, at least in my case, a faster connection

I have a connection of 10MB so I highly doubt it's that.

err this is because of 0.2x if i am thiking about the correct bug.. there was a another internal bug which could be used to fix this in 2.85 but now only /kill and admins fixing will temporarily fix it..

and it has nothing to do with ping or connection .. happens to me most of the time  - 3/4 chance.

It only happens to me when I have over 100 ping (which is almost never).

this has happened to me aswell, not often, and not on regular basis. But i think it's when my standard ping is doubled or something like that, or if i get some random FPS lag-spike.
Havn't this been reported before, and someone said it also had something to do with SA:MPs pickups being kinda fuck't?

Well I agree with Hellweed as well, I also heard somewhere this bug was because of the SA-MP, in the previous version, don't remember if it was 0.2.2 or older, this never happened to me, even if my ping was 300+, and ofc, LVP is not the only server I have this problem with menus, but well, SA-MP internal bug + high ping = more "I'm stuck" posibilities
