It's probably another one of those allied clubs. Because Lith is in [HC4L].

We are not an allied club. Members are not prohibited from killing each other if both are part of The Chill Crew.

I don't get the whole 'gang but not gang' thing, if someone signs up and gets in, do they just go around saying they're chill? Mellowness is kind of something you don't sign up to be.

We are not a gang, as in we do not have a tag. The point is simply to have a good time. If a member from The Chill Crew recognizes another one belonging to it as well, they can go around and kill people together.
