CF training server

Guys i have 2-3 servers but i make and delete servers only.Try to do something good.I mean i can do server but when i run it my internet stop-i can go in internet browser,i can go in other SA-MP server,i cant download-only my server.I must restart PC to fix that.So i wanna say then i can do server and i must send it one someone who can run it always.Who can?

Talk to Cyrix404, he does web hosting, thats where Jeromes WutServer is stored. Best bet is to talk to him. :7

/edit:i made a training server (scripted) but i have dynamic ip (changes everyday) because of that, i cant open a port for a server. i need a CF member to send my files (he must be with static ip) then he can work the server. pls write there: who wanna do it?

I'm a total noob at scripting and I don't know how portforwarding works.
