No. If I can recall correctly, an Administrator had put a 1 Billion bounty on I forget who. I killed the Bounty man, and got the 1 Billion dollars. I was still a player during that time. And one last thing. . . I was happily giving people moneys since my bank was full. . .  then along came TEF and took it away  ;( _O-
