What were you doing?: typing a message
Where there other players which encountered the same problem?: I do not know.
Could you reproduce the bug? : Sometimes. mostly when i type long messages.
Was it only once, or did it happen all the time? : Sometimes.
Did you try to reconnect first? No.

When I'm typing a message (pm or just text) sometimes when I press enter to send the message he doesn't show up it the text messages in the left top of your screen.

That means it is too long, SA:MP related, not LVP.

Indeed, SA:MP bug. Only way to avoide it, is by not typing very long messages .
