Yo, the anti cheat thing thang said you were a possible flying car cheater, so I checked it out, saw you came out of the tune shop, drove a little away from it, then the car started going up in the air, I'm 100% sure this was cheats, and cheating on LVP is a perm ban, so you'll have to find another server to play one.
