/v [id] colour
#1
a few minutes ago I tried to change the colour of my car, I used colour id 0 so it turned black, but when I tried id 1 (white) it stayed black. I tried multiple colour id's, but no matter what colour the car already was, it always turns to black.

I tried to reconnect and it still happened
sadly there weren't any other admins around to try it out too but I'll update this post if I can get someone else to try it too :)

EDIT: I just tried with estroe and his car turned black too :+
I also noticed that cars with 2 colours did work alright, and if I used the same colour id twice on a car with only one colour (i.e /v [id] colour 3 3) it would turn into that colour.

I'll check it out later tonight.  ;)

As far as I know, the first color ID that you put in is the interior's color and the second is the exterior's color. For example, "/v [ID] color 0 1" would make the car's interior black and the exterior white (if you had a car with interior color settings). If there is no interior option for the car you are driving, simply put any color ID for the first and then what color you want as the second. You simply need to remember to fill in both color IDs. There is no bug here. :+

I suppose I could be wrong then, but I don't remember having to use two colour id's, and I use /v colour quite often :+

Perhaps you failed just this one time. :+

Just checked out the code, you indeed need to use 2 color ID's, if it still fails then, SA:MP bug.
