Crashes before entering

I just installed a new hardrive updated my drivers.Installed san andreas and samp but when i load it,It automatically crashes at the start before anything loads up.I uninstalled everything and cleaned out of the registry-directory and re-installed san andreas and samp again.I still get the crashes before anything loads up..Any help would be appreciated thanks

It seems alot of people have been getting the same error message when trying to join a server.I fixed the problem by replacing the exe. with a no-cd patch
