gta.exe error!!!

so i installed sa downed a crack(nocd)
and when i start the game, my screens turns white, and then i get a error
i already reinstalled gta and samp used diffrent cracks but with no succes.

help¿!

Maybe it's blocked somewhere, try to check your firewall
