Not able to connect

Hi guys,

2 days ago i got a new pc and i wanted to play on lvp but when i connect i always get a timeout. what can i do ?

Same problem when the server upgrades . after few days when i was playing says : Game mode restarting ... then /login (yourpassword)

now i can login and play but just for 2 minutes....before i get a timeout...

Now 7 friends of mine have same problem 
I don`t know how to resolve this .

if you use vista run it in xp compatibility mode and hope it will work!
