19 Pluspoints and a Platinum account

I was just in the city bank to check how much it cost to upgrade to a Platinum account as i was only 3 hours away from being able to get one i realised it said 100mil to upgrade so i though lets just try and upgrade as last time i checked it said i neded 20 pluspoints not 100mil but this time it came up with a different message that i need 100mil which seemed to me like i already had the 20 pluspoints so i decided to withdraw 100mil and try to upgrade amazingly it worked.

I was soo suprised that i manged to get a platinum account before i had 200 hours and before i had 20 pluspoints i even checked weather i could use the banking anywhere and that also worked then i re-logged just to double check the server isnt confused and still a platnum account so i decided to report it.

Really because i couldn't before when i had 130 hours and Scar Tissue said i need 200 hours 20 pluspoints and 100mil
