I rised my bank account  from 400mill to 450mill and payed 100mill to do soo but my limit is still 400mill  that must be a bug :-)  and a expensive one  :-)

If you try to raise your bank limit, it only stays for that session. Don't raise your bank limit, as it's basically throwing money away.
