Ratified 1/5/09 by the old LVP Senate.


Section 1

Paragraph 1A      Start

The Supreme Court Justices (Judges) will be appointed by the President.
Once appointed, an Inauguration bill will be posted. Once posted, the Senate has a period of 4-5 days to respond to the bill, to vote Yay/Nay.

If majority yay - Supreme Court Justices serve their term.
If majority nay - The Senate will hold a meeting to discuss
the next choosing of the Judges.

Paragraph 1B    Terms

The Supreme Court Justices terms are 4 weeks.
They can be re-chosen and re-elected during the
period of the their President.

Section 2    

Paragraph 1
    Starting a Case
A court case (impeachments also) has to be started by 2 Senators and the
signature of the President, by a Court Form. (figure A)
If the President is being impeached,
4 Senators will take the President to court. 10 senators
have to vote Yay to obtain the ability for the President
to be fully removed from office.

Note : If President is being impeached, no Presidential
Signature necessary.

Paragraph 2     Trail

  Both Parties of the trail are allowed to have
any lawyers or defendants. They have to show up
during the trail, and if no lawyers show up one will
be appointed to you by the Court.
  The trail begins as both parties have defending statements,
and anyone can call anyone to the bench. The Judges will
make their verdict after all statements have been cleared.
By signing the Court Form, you agree that the Judges word
will determine the conviction of the case, unless a
majority veto is in place.

Paragraph 2B Majority Veto

  If a Judges verdict is received as unnecessary
to the Senate, the Senate has 2 days after the
verdict to oppose. 16 Senators have to oppose
to achieve a successful veto.
  If opposed, the trail will be determined by
the next Supreme Court Justice, until
a conclusion is meet with the Senate.

Section 3

    Paragraph 1  Overthrowing Court

  If the Senate has to remove a/the Justice(s) from the Court,
the Senate can impeach the Court themselves. By obtaining
a 15 yay vote by the Senate to impeach members of the court,
the accused will be removed from office.
