Banned & I don't know why

Hi guys, I just tried to connect and got the ban message. I'v enever cheated or done anything worthy of being banned, I've never even been kicked, so I would appreciate some insight into this. Thanks.

Ok it was just a bug, sry didn't know the format as I never expected to be banned.
