[UNBANNED] My Account has been Uncorectly Banned

Hi, first sry for my bad english but i´m from Germany. 

So now to my Account. My account Kala_Vox has been banned but uncorectly.
It was so that an admin/player tried to kill me, but i didn´t got damage, BECAUSE the game was paused that i can scan my user tracks and the admin/player though that i Cheated a god mode or so. So now i would like to have my account back.
i hope i get an answer so fast you can.

Regardless of whether or not your story is true, Kala, you don't evade bans. Please await Nakebod (Sander) for the final judgment on your ban.

I'm pretty sure you where shooting back, so I doubt that you where paused.
Next to the fact that you didn't take damage from my shooting, neither did you from my nuke.
So unless you can provide me a really good reason why these things happened, I'm not thinking on unbanning you.

i didn´t shoot back really...
i scanned my user tracks and after i had done this you had banned me..
i know that user tracks scann is fast but not @ my songs and on my pc xD
so i´m sorry when i had done this but i didn´t cheat!
Please unbann me on this account or let me play again . Please...

P.S.:How long must i wait for answer?
