REALLY NEED SUM HELP

I jsut downloaded the new 0.2, and when i tried to connect it wudnt work, it jsut came up that it was retrying . . .
So i went into where everything was saved and i deleted a wrong a file by accident.
So i decided to delete all the files realted to the multiplayer game, and not the single player version.
But when i went back onto sa.mp.com i cudnt download 0.1 again, do you need 0.1 to play 0.2 because now that i have 0.2 setup, when i click the connect button on the screen that you popen up to play the game, it wont do anything at all.
So i can't play anymore till i can sort it outm hopefully sumone knows how to help,

Erm, as LWs is a very simple script and preety big server. LVP's script is being rebuilt from the ground up practically, and is alot more complicated.
