Lag vs nothing

I play on laptop, so I use wireless internet.
Well something is wrong with my wifi, and sometimes it randomly starts lagging real hard.
My neigbor (my friend who plays on LVP too sometimes ) allowed me to use his wifi, when I have lag.
Well I tried it and when connecting to server it says "Server closed connetion".
It does go to other servers though. So I would like to know what causes this thing. I would like to play without lag

This is some information about this wifi..Mby u can read some problem out of them or smth
