Not much to say about this really, its been suggested in the past for Previous LVP versions:

Lvp Lottery

Every about 30 mins, LVP should choose 6 random numbers from 0-40,  each number being different, A random jackpot of say, Minimum $30,000 Maximum $11,000,000 And any player should be able to buy, at least 3 tickets of different types:

• Type One: - Pick 6 numbers, and the only way of winning is if all the numbers come out. Ticket Price: $200 - Prize - Full Jackpot.
  
• Type Two: - Pick 3 Numbers, and the only way of winning if all those 3 numbers come out in the draw. Ticket Price - $400 Prize: 1/3 jackpot?
  
• Type Three: - Pick one number, the very last number drawn has to be that number. Ticket Price: $200 Prize 3/4 Jackpot?
  

The reason I think the draw should be every 30 minutes, is because if the draw is more often, Players have the chance to put more money on it, and have a bigger chance of winning. And if people start winning all the time, everybodys cash will go sky high!

Nice idea.

Love the type's.
Player get an nice change to win some money, tho.
If someone wins an amount of 5 million (a bit less or more ), people will do it automatically.

30 minutes is an ideal time, if the maximum is going to stay 11.000.000, tho.

I think this is a good idea, and I reckon it's been suggested before.

I do think that the prizing you've put up is a weird considering:
Putting 6 numbers of 0-40 is a total of 41 numbers, would lead to the mathematics being 41^6 which equals to 1 chance of 4750104241 (unless I'm totally wrong) - which obviously is never going to happen.

For the second one, 41^3 equals to 1 chance of 68921.

And for the third, that's 1 chance of 41 (logically).

Say the jackpot is $1,000,000 (1 million USD).
The chance of winning the first bet would then equal to, indeed, 1 of 4750104241. In other words, assuming you win the 4,750,104,241th time - you have wasted a total of $950,020,848,200.

The second bet then gives 1/3 of the jackpot ($333,333) - and as you win once out of 68921, you will have wasted and average of $27,568,400.

The third bet which oddly gives you 3/4 of the jackpot (being $750,000) - happens once out of 41 times. And then you have only wasted $8200.

In other words, the lottery prizes needs a little rethinking.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes, but imo its better like that. The lotto is all about a game of luck, if you loose money, you loose money, Its up to the players to gamble or not, plus its just one extra thing for players to spend money on.
