Permanent Gangs
Personalised Numberplates for VIPs
Houses, with buyable items for them for VIPs (with cars outside and useful things)
Gang Bases for VIPs

^ The above have already been suggested before, but I really want them. For the gang bases, you could just use a Map Editor to make a new village or town somewhere on the map, and a teleport to your own house? Gang bases could be on previous land, that maybe is not used. so just like grassy areas or other things. Could have cars that only gang members who have that gang could have, but that would be alot of scripting so maybe not.

I also like the idea of, buying cars. You sit in a car, buy it for a certain ammount of money then if you type /getcar it goes to you. Also, not sure what use it would have, but walkie talkies. So there is a special chat for people who are close to you. Pizza Delivery service is another, you pay like 200$ per pizza, and you wait a bit and you get health. Also more models in game for cars, more spawn weapons to buy? Lots more VIP things (lol), and more minigames

A gang that is always there, that you must register on the website... so it has a member list (members automaticaly join the gang when ingame) and the gang leader is always the gang leader too.

If you mean buyable items with objects like a tree and your own personalised house then it'd probably won't be done because theres a object limit and if its buyable with in-game money then its pretty pointless because it'll probably lag the server because everyone will buy their own house and get their own objects, but maybe owning a personal car wouldn't be too bad.

Permanent gangs is possible but I don't think they're doing this in 2.9 supposedly they're doing it in 3.0 but thats gonna be like in 100 years.

Finally, making everything VIP will just be dumb because then the server will be even worse as it is, since all the more fun features will only be for VIP and not everyone will be able to donate.

Thought you could buy your own house and 1 item / euro in 3.0
Also, you can buy a car in 2.90 - red checkpoint near ship - but it won't be yours for "ever" afaik.
