Well, You should have made your appeal first off before evading a ban, but seeing as Nakebod banned you, it's up to him on what your outcome will be.

And "maybe i shoot to ppl" is also a lie, the fact is that you shot people on purpose, who where standing on the ship. So it was not "in the air" and "maybe".
