San Andreas CamHack

Hello, i dont know if i'm right but Camhack isn't allowed on LVP right?
If it isn't Why?
There is noting wrong with using CamHack because its not really a real hack...
I would understand if this was a Attack and Defence server, but i dont understand why movie makers cant use San andreas Camhack to improve the quality of there movie, I bet movie makers like GTA_Rules would love to be able to use CamHack on LVP.

Because it can give you an unfair advantage over other players, which fits the description of a cheat (e.g. figuring out where they are, with which weapons, etc.)

Yes i understand, But this is a simple Deathmatch server. You can already see all the players you need to see.

Yes but only from close up and them knowing you can see them. As an example, it would be unfair because a player could be planning to attack you or something without telling you, and using cam hack you could watch them and prepear yourself.

It really dont matter because that doesn't happen alot, People just tp to you and start shooting.

Your not understanding the point here. Being able to see someone without them knowing that you can see them is simply unfair. For example, if someone owns the gang base and is trying to defend it with a gang, you could use camhack to see the posititions of the players, how much health they have and what weapons they are using. You could then plot an attack on the base knowing things that you wouldnt normally know. Not to mention that they wouldnt know all that information about you. It's just not fair. This rule has been in place for a while now, and I seriously doubt you could change that unless you came up with some REALLY good reasoning.

Unfortunatly we can't distinguish who would be using it to make movies, or who would take advantage of it. If one player is allowed to use it to make movies then everyone will want to be able to. That's why that rule is in place.

Officially this isn't allowed by SA-MP's rules either, and LVP conforms to those rules, being an official server and all would also back that up. Regardless, it's an unfair advantage and I believe that it'll stay disallowed.

Ok now i understand, but cant there be a world JUST for people that want to use Cam Hack to make a movie?
Because if they are in a diffrent world it cant hurt anyone can it?

You could use another server if you want to use another world with camhack.

I doubt that camhack is even working with SA-MP, afaik it never did
And with 0.2X, didn't they make it "impossible" to use d3d9.dll injections?
