[Test Over] Beta test

2.90 Beta test today at 20:00 GMT, That is 8pm for people from the UK, and 9pm for people from the NL.

Things to test:

Bug fixes
- Sometimes, a player being frozen after ending a race.
- Skin sync issues when ending rivershell.
- World ID in chat for admins with allchat enabled fucking up.
- /stopwatch doesn't save the world the player was in.
- Starting a minigame from the VIP room doesn't teleport the player.
- /world set sets the admin using the command instead of the player id.
- When using /leave in a map zone in a passenger seat, it also tps the driver.
- Chased player killing themselves and the game not ending
- /nos only working on static vehicles.
- Saveinfo loading the player after bring kicked.
- /leave keeping the minigame weapons.


New features
- The /piss command now properly shows the player producing urine (no ticket).
- Increased the accuracy of how many players are left in a race.
- Gang killtime minigame (/gangkilltime)
- Ship Camera system for admins (/shipcam)
- Sawnoff wars minigame (/sawnoff)
- Vehicle Imports


So as you can see, quite a few new features since the last test. The /piss command is quite fun

I might have the vehicle import handler complete for tomorrows test, depending on whether I get a little more time earlier on or not, I'll edit the start post if I do have it ready, it's about 80% complete now =D Imports ftw
