Trouble

Hi there!

Forgive me if I got this completely wrong, because I lost internet connection for a few days.
I can't connect to IRC or sa-mp this is what I see:



(About the sa-mp part of the pic, it's only LVP, I can see / connect to other servers.)

I didn't see any announce so I'm just wondering what's my problem.

Does your computer/internet have any parental control activated?
Check your firewall too.
