I have no idea what exactly you said, but I'm sure it has had a good reason. As for other players, you know how/where to report them. I didn't see that, just REPORT it. Always easy saying it afterwards.
It's bullshit that BB/sK/RT/BA or so never get shit. Hell, I even got crap of BB a lot of times saying I only banned them, and from the other side that I never did anything to BB.

This crap about us having this "poor history" and "poor attitude" is bullshit too.
Not only do [BB] [sK] and [RT] always flame ingame, they take all this bullshit to a whole new level, for example creating forums and websites to flame people.

Right, so all those bans, caused by the attitude, was bullshit and were all wrong? Far from it.
Them flaming gets a mute. How many times did I join LVP to mute the entire server for their(+ BA/W/HC4L) bullshit talks to each other? A lot of times. They get muted/kicked for it too.
Them creating a forum about Maddolis isn't something we get to deal with. Barry however, is part of our crew.

MSN is not under LVP admin juristiction, it has no relation to being ingame.

You are way off with the punishments  that BA and BB get far less punishment than they deserve.

It's not just a single event; a series of events has lead to this conclusion. In the past few months all of you have been banned multiple times because of flaming, swearing and whatever more. Some of you, let's name Terror, Nerd and shoebox, even a lot of times. You don't even limit the flaming to just in-game times, but also on the forums, on MSN, teamspeak and whatever else way you can think of.

That's only a small part of the reason I actually clan-banned HC4L. The main reason is the way shoebox (and Terror) disrespect the Las Venturas Playground Staff when they're being told to follow the rules. They instantly start daring us to increase ban times by searching for the limit. Continuing just a bit too long, saying we're "pro" or whatever else (in a sarcastical, probably even cynical sense) and other irritating ways. This simply expresses a huge amount of disrespect to our authority: we provide a free service you may use, a SA-MP server, lots of time dedicated to developing the gamemode, a teamspeak server, a forum, IRC Channels, which you like to use. For that, there are certain rules you must follow, which you don't. Why should we continue to provide that service to you if you refuse to follow our rules?

To summarize my position: I'm done dealing with this kind of disrespect. If you wish to continue using the services LVP provides for free, you will stick to the rules. If either shoebox, bomberteo or Terror (because others seem to follow him) causes serious problems in the future, a clan-ban will be reinstated immediatly for multiple days. If other clan-members cause problems, the ban will only affect them, unless they're a clone of the three members referred to earlier.

i disagree with the part we are banned for numerous times the last period.
As far as i know the only times we got banned lately the reasons were questionable (the tepel incident).
And numerous HC4L showed alot of respect by donating to the server.
I think the admins /crew has taken another twist lately i dont know why , but it seems everything has been more strict then the goold old days.
i'm not not deliberately misbehaving just to be a bitch
but i'm mucking around having fun, and is it a coincidence that the admins find it to be disruptive.
or is it a dislike against us ?
and im not deliberately TRYING to piss people off (although occasionally it happens after admins provoke me by restricting our actions in the game)
My only question now is when is the clan unbanned ?

The clanban will be lifted in 90 minutes. Purely to clarify: you played no role in this, but seeing you a leader of the clan we were pretty much forced to include you. The three persons we do have problems with are shoebox, Terror and Nerd.

We also know the swearing with diseases mostly stopped as well as the fact that some of you have stopped flaming a lot lately, but you're still way over the average - too much over the average. The flaming however isn't the true reason of the ban, it's what devides you from BB and BA. We've been discussing clanbans for them too, however, flaming alone isn't enough to justify a clanban (unless it occurs structually, which isn't the case with any clan on LVP). The thing that led us to clanbanning you was the way shoebox and Terror kept on daring senior LVP Staff after they were told to stop. It isn't an isolated happening either, everytime a crewmember tells them to stop they start daring him/her. That is simply not acceptable.

So, We where banned for Shoebox's and Terrors Misbehaving towards LVP staff? To be honest, I still dont get why other HC4L clan members where banned.. =/ for a start, me and bomberteo havent done nothing wrong neither have d0p3m4n or Marcel. I dont want to leave HC4L, but i think its totally wrong that Other HC4L members suffer for what 1-2 HC4L members have said/done.
