Does your laptop have a system restore program?

Lol, don't understand why you don't want to but ok.

Think about when this happened for the first time. Pick a date like a week before it. After that, do this:

1. Click Start, and then click Help and Support.

2. Under Pick a Task, click Undo changes to your computer with System Restore.

3. Follow the instructions on the wizard.

System Restore :)
