Anyway, also make sure you haven't only just registered and connected, it normally takes just under a minute to process. Check you have defintely registered the exact same nickname you use ingame, noting that it is CaSe sEnSiTiVe.

To make it easier for people to help you, especially Admins, tell us what your full ingame name is. Including all the caps you used, numbers, and if you have one, clan tag and anything else. Don't say password though.
