today i got banned by estroe.

Why?:
Okay, estroe asked me if my name ist "yari"... and i was just wondering why... "Yari" is my brother.. and yes - i know, that he was banned before from LVP...
Now i started playing on LVP and i even donated a few euros...

and now i'm banned because "Yari" is my brother and has been banned a few month ago? his nick was "SeToY".. and now i'm banned because of "Ban evading SeToY"? crap!

As he is your brother, and you use the same internet connection > denied.

I also was watching you at the time, I saw you teleport to the tune place in LV without any message you TP'ed to someone. You were in the LV desert at first, then suddenly there. This can only be explained by cheats.

you know, that in many countries a few houses have the same internet connection together? so 10-20 people are using the same connection..

We have a rule, cheating on LVP = lifetime ban. So we ban that connection, and as you use the connection too, you're banned as well.

I see no point in sharing a connection with 10 to 20 people, but ok, that aside.

As for the illegal teleport > I'm being trusted for this, if you use illegal TP, no way I can prove that, but luckily, that wasn't everything: the proof of your brothers ban is enough, log from that ban appeal:

Eh, why should we? We only ban connections permanent for cheating, which in this case happened.

It's not related to me 'having a bad day'. It's the cheating.

i know, that my brother was cheating.

you dont need to post me his ban-appeal.

You have no prove, that i was cheating. and no prove = no ban.

if you would ban without a prove, every admin can ban sum1 with the argument "I've seen you - you were cheating"... i mean, moneyhacks (like my brother did), hp hacks or flying cars are detecteable. and you can prove it. ok.. flying cars not.. unless you did a screenshot..

so if you have no prove, please unban me.

You ban evaded after the ban, that's how you got back.
That's enough proof, denied.
