Sugestion for Rules and Languages.

I was thinking of a couple of ideas, that kinda roll into one.

When a player connects, and this is every player, they're given the option either by menu or by typing a command. To select their native language.

If the player is registered, their selection choice is then saved in their user account. So they wont need to see that screen again.

There should be a /lang command that will bring the menu back up if a player selects the wrong option, it could happen.

The main ones in my opinion would be. English, Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portugese, Arabic, Russian, Polish and Swedish.

Once the player has selected, they'll be taken to the Skin Selection screen, or the Login room if they've got a saved skin. They will then get a textbox on their screen which will display for a few seconds with the rules in their selected language. During this time they wont be albe to /login, move their skin or use any chat or commands.

After they've seen the rules, it will save in their account that they've seen it, so it wont show anymore and annoy people.

If the player is returning from a ban, they will see the text box with the rules again, on the first reconnection after their ban.

Also an Admin will have an option to force a player to see the rules again when they next login if they've been breaking the rules. It'll get annoying to the rule breakers, so it would probably discourrage them from breaking rules again.

After this they can login as normal and play the game.

Also the announcements in the server, English in main chat, No ship shooting etc. will be shown in the players selected language.

This will take quite some time with translations, for announcements, props and info icons. Which is why it would be better to add after 2.9 is released. So it doesn't put back the release date any further.

The difficult bit is finding volunteers to help translate.
