I'm Not Sure But I heard That In A Server Called Stunt Landia Hade An Update On July
And They Sad That They Puted A Linux Server,And If You Have And Hack Program In The Computer,It will Be Detected and will ban you.

In the past, SA-MP had something known as SAC, which detected if certain SA-MP files had been modified and banned you. However, this doesn't exist anymore, perhaps it was that they where talking about? however it has nothing to do with which operating system the server is running on.
