Health bug

yesterday nite when i was playing sa-mp.
i typed /kill as i had 6 stars and wanted to prevent someone come and kill me.
when i respawned i bought new weapons and everything and stand on the fight ground and i notice people complaining agianst me of health hacks and i got banned . i have read forums on this kind of bugs before.
was that a bug or people false complaing and some bug again cause i dont know anthing about hax as such.

LVP doesn't randomly set players health or anything, the only possible thing it could have been was either you getting a pickup or spawn protection.
