Forum suggestion

Why don't you guys update the news? Instead of it just displaying the forum rules all the time, add some news to it as well, such as:

- The forums are back online (when they are).
- LVP is official again.
- Upcoming Development: Las Venturas Playground v2.90.
- LVP now has a whatpule team: link to topic.
- Sanandreas Multiplayer v0.2.2 R3 has been released.
- Las Venturas Playground report #x: link to topic

etc etc etc. It would just be a little more interesting than the rules which I am sure most people by now are aware of, although they probably should be left in as well. It would be better to have the news featured at the top of the forum, since a lot of players that are apart of the community visit them on a regular basis, and especially since the website or anything doesn't have a news section, and people don't always look at the announcements. If you are too lazy to keep on top of it, I could do it if you like

Dunno about others but it could be better to add some more stuff, yeah.

Well, I wish everybody knew the rules.
Which they don't.

Although you can read a random forum rule at each page, it doesn't seem to work perfectly, or.. our users don't work
So I guess we can add some extra "Highlights" in it, maybe they work better then the rules
