Tbh I think that rule is bullshit cuz whats the difference in the relation with the gang if you play without tag?
Nothing u can still kick/ban ppl if they flame a member, you dont need to wear tag for that... (Just a example)

Wearing the tag is being without mod/admin commands, then you play with your gang.
Whilst not wearing the tag, you have mod/admin commands, then you mod/admin the server.

Your gangmates won't be happy if you leave halfway a war / big fight with the 'excuse' 'Sorry, I had a report'. You'd be considered lame and everything for TP'ing away. It doesn't work very well together.
Not wearing the tag doesn't mean you can't play with your gang at all, but you have a big risk of getting called away, especially now whilst being official
