Care to back up your statement? I have always had an opinion that it's by far the most boring city out of those 3. It's just too flat, hills, bumps and various landscapes is what makes a city special.

Well imo Los Santos is the best city coz it's the biggest and has all the gang life there in single player. Also I like the tall skyscrapers
