Agent: Read this, third paragraph.

If you would have done that, you would have read in the third paragraph that weapons do save, along with everything else after you crash. If you reconnect after a crash within the last 10 mins, you get your weapons, vehicle, health/armour, pos, interior, etc etc. all restored. Literally though, everything. From Purchased gamble permits & your wanted level, to the ramping type and gang you was in 

A Handler was built for it so that if ever we wanted to save something else after a crash, it would take about two lines of code.

LVP is a mod called LVDM (Las Venturas Death Match) so its not a freeroam stunting server.
