Hi,

I try to connect LVP but it says with every server: The server didn't respond. But 'ping 85.17.200.150' gives a pong.
Please help me!!

yeah, chances are your firewall is disallowing connection. you can add samp.exe and gta_sa.exe to the exceptions and that should be fine.
