bike & car bug

idk if this is  a well known bug.

well when i try to get in someone else bike and the person go away i get stucked  (noone can hurt you) i get unstucked randomly

What where you doing?
-trying to stole a bike

This is a SA:MP bug. You become unfrozen when the player get's off the bike. It may be possible to fix, I will have a look.
