why under the purged(also dont know why its called purged) menu it says ' topics to die that arent really bugs'
wtf does that mean

This is not a place to make topics in. If you look at the description of Purged, then it says:
"Place for topics to die that arent bugs."
So it's for topics witch were made in Bugreports section who ain't bugs.

Please don't make topics in this section.
