cruise suggestion

hi is it poseble to make a script so that people at cruise have At Cruise above there head.
and that the leader of cruise have Cruise Leader above hes name he can invite people and the invited people can not use weapons and the leader can kick people from cruise and wen the cruise got atked the one that atecks a cruise member automatick gets jailed.

Seems like a fair idea.. however I've already created something similar to this.

Perhaps I'll extend what I created to include some of your ideas..
