Anyway thanks, I have found the problem and definitely fixed it. We just need to wait until the server is empty-ish so it can be gmx'd again. Personally I think it should wait, it will give you all a chance to actually drive around for once.

Hai Jay,

Sorry for double posting (didn't notice it), thanks 4 fixing this, and I enjoy riding around for once, but when you want to teleport to somebody for a fight or something its kinda annoying.
