It depends. As stated a per-world object handler is planned, and there are already some objects that can be moved out of /world 0, for example, /derby1 and other objects used in minigames, like those barricades around the quads.

Nope. Never had an effect on me, and I have the worst gaming pc imaginable. I really couldn't imagine objects to cause lag, it lags anywhere for me when 15+ players are shooting in a small area.

Well, as stated nothing has been announced. It's not a full turf system where talking about here, it's just a turf around the gang base that could probably just turn the colour of the gang that owns it, and maybe a system that allows you to take it over by just being there instead of buying the prop?
