You have to understand that admins can't always be on, and if they are not the autojail will deal with those players.

We don't want to start flame wars here and there is no point imo to discuss this matter so I lock down this topic. He get jailed for doing that. You can contact admins ingame even if they are not online by using the "/report" function. You could also pm an admin on the forums and irc so they can look at that player in the future.

Small addition to XL:
Yes, you can use /report, we can read it on IRC.
In most cases there is an admin available on IRC. But we can't jail from IRC. Well, we can, but not for this. Otherwise everybody could make fake reports.
