With your first pluspoint you can open a pro-account which allow you to use /bank ; /withdraw and /balance everywhere.

After your first pluspoint the others will increase your bank limit ( 1 PP = 20.000.000 )
You can get 20 PP as maximum so you can deposit 400.000.000.
