We can travel between interiors (find a yellow cone-entrance to the one you're looking for), X, Y (admins can map-teleport), and Z (admins can /up.)

Theoretically, that means admins can go anywhere in the GTAA universe.
It's just a physics bug. You have to jump right against the fence under the fan. If you're forced hard enough into it, the wacky physics models from GTAA will push you up to "fix" you.

Thanks Fry, but I don't get it from the fan? Can you show me? I don't even now what a fan is because my English sucks, sry!
