That way players will stick to the server even more if they want to get their bank amount increased.

And detach the proaccounts from the pluspoints and make players earn a proaccount by being helpful, playing by the rules etc.
Ugh, but thats puts favouritism into the situation. People will continually be asking for pluspoints and when denied they will be like "ommgggzzz dnt u liek me?"

Just another thing to stop admins having fun

Hm? With this plan pluspoints will disappear, so they won't be begging for it. They could beg for a proaccount, but once they get it they will leave us alone :)

An even better idea would be to remove the private bank and change it too a city hall. Players can buy pluspoints there, aswell as other things such as the right to get a higher wanted level, gamble permits, hgiher property incomes, check out there achievements, etc. I'm sure some other things could be thought of, meh.

Exactly. I figure the best way we can improve LVP is improving the roleplay status. simple things such as only letting you open accounts, withdraw money etc once your in a certain building.

LVP is very command based, creating some lee-way inbetween that could vastly improve the roleplaying experience.

Maybe different banks -- two or three? They would operate under one main branch at a different location in the city, and then ATMs throughout the city? (On walls and stuff, there's objects to do this stuff).

A different bank would mean different perks -- different disadvantages. You'd have to pick which is best for you.

Then this stuff about pluspoints could be removed for.. different banks -- all in the player's control.

Now different banks, that´s a good idea. Maybe one in each city?

I could not agree more. In the server I recently made it has a shit load of features with about 10 commands, most of which do multiple things depending on the circumstances. LVP should have something like this, commands reduced. For example, /continue. Why couldn't this command be /back? /back also works for tuning vehicles aswell, so theres one command gone. There are a lot of different commands in lvp that could really be removed and done in a different one that already exists. It's not that important though, I can't see this happening.

Anyway, I like the idea about the banks in different cities. Maybe opening a Platinum account with each bank has different deals -- Higher interest rates, but lower bank limits in some banks.

Ok, heres what where doing:

New ATM System - Normal bank users have to bank money in banks, pro accounts in ATM's (ATM's will be scattered everywhere) and Platinum accounts anywhere.
