Its a good idea, it will help cut the /taxi abuse A LITTLE.
A better idea (one that the "roleplayers" can afford) is Woets.
That is, disabling /taxi, /dive and /world for the 30 seconds after taking damage.

Oh, admins, on that point, I have some statistics for you.
I have a little over 900 hours ingame, and I have been fighting for a good deal of them.
It'd be safe to say I've fought more people than the majority of the crew combined.
And I have never had a "roleplayer" /taxi from me. Or /dive. Or change /world.
The roleplayers either shoot back and die, or they run into a car and drive off. Good for them.

I suggest looking into Woet's idea, mentioned above.

More on-topic though, alright, I understand what you mean. I've stopped giving out loads of cash and weapons on a near-daily basis when I first read this thread a few days ago Don't ask me to stop giving out cash/weapons at all, but I'll try to limit it to once a week and more.. normal numbers (e.g. 100k-500k).

Also, I have to agree with Bondt on this one - I guess you don't know him that well, but I was pretty excited that he'd been back after a while. I really hate to say this, as it tends to cut things off too early -- but if you really weren't that appreciative of the server's current state, it probably would have been a better idea to leave than to stay and sulk.

I'm not saying this isn't a problem, but it still happens very rarely.
I think HoogerBooger has an excellent point with the commands, but that's kind of off-topic.

Half of which idling whilst watching tv. Ahhhh, the good ol' days.

Anyway having fun ingame is fine, thats what its all about.
Its best for it not to be at others' expense, but if it is then they can leave the server and do one of the other COUNTLESS fun activities in the world.
