toggle Aimbot and Death avoid by using cmds

Ok or well can u tell me that why he got banned? or my video clearly shows everything or /report doesnt work. Yesterday there is toggle aim player (R2D)Zaki his aim at bike when i start running he shoot on bike but sawn hits me so report admin are busy in talking with players i did report 10times .
