If you must insist on testing out a cheat's features, then perhaps consider finding an empty server to do so on (you can find them by sorting with the "Players" tab in the SA:MP client). A better option would be to uninstall your cheats completely and play legitimately.
I've unbanned you, but please don't use cheats again.
You have 20 million dollars in your account - keep saving up, buy some properties, get yourself a house, find 100 spray tags to unlock the ability to spawn vehicles, engage in some minigames, perhaps join a gang - you'll have a lot more fun doing that than you will creating ban appeals.
