I'm against this, i think it doesn't suit the server's purpose: deathmatch (even though freeroam is another one)
Plus, if a player wants to be granted invincibility, all they have to do (most of the time ) is kindly ask using @

This means less kills for regulars. So I don't like it.

Exactly my thoughts. 

You are chasing a guy for fun, he uses this and you can't do anything to him. You go for another one, he does the same. There would be not enough players to fight. LVP does not have a 100-200 player count to implement such thing. Our player count is 20-30, 5 are afk, 5 are not fighters, you're not interested on 5, other 5 have this thing... Who will I fight?

But why should those who do not wish to fight be consistently killed? I understand that going after people is fun, but from a freeroamer's perspective it very much is not that way at all.
