I think this is going way to far.
And it's not hard to talk with a management about sirmo's, if you think something is not fair or so.

dont u think we do that all the time? i sent reports of his laming to atleast two admins. and after a week or so i sent them another pm about any action taken or not.? what they replied. ? oh soryy i didnt notice let me check.? 2nd. where's the evidence?
