Vehicle spawns in delivery minigame

It looks like some of the potential targets for the delivery minigame (/deliver) are no longer accessible due to the new vehicle spawns. Sometimes you get big trucks spawning in the target area, which are impossible to move without leaving your vehicle (which makes you lose the minigame).

I don't understand - /brief is in a different virtual world, so how are other vehicles in the way of the spawns?
